Terms of Service

Terms governing use of this website and, where no separate agreement applies, the Remote2You platform.

Effective 15 October 2026

1. Agreement and precedence

These Terms govern your use of the remote2you.com website and, where no separate written agreement applies, the Remote2You platform (the "Platform"). Access to the Platform is provided only to contracted client organizations ("Clients") under a Master Services Agreement or equivalent written agreement, together with any business associate or data processing agreement. Where such an agreement exists, it takes precedence over these Terms.

2. Eligibility and access

The Platform is not offered to the general public. Access is granted to Clients following consultation, security review, and execution of an agreement. Individual user accounts are created by a Client's administrators for their own personnel and authorized contractors. You may use the Platform only if you have been authorized to do so by a Client and you comply with that Client's policies.

3. Accounts and security

  • Multi-factor authentication is mandatory for every operator account and may not be disabled.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and second factor, and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify your Client administrator and Remote2You promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
  • Credentials may not be shared. Accounts are personal to the named individual.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Platform solely to provide remote support and administration for devices that the relevant Client is authorized to manage, in accordance with these Terms, the Client's agreement, and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not attempt to access devices, tenants, or data you are not authorized to access; interfere with the operation or security of the Platform; reverse engineer or probe the Platform except as permitted under our responsible disclosure policy; or use the Platform in violation of applicable law.

5. Client responsibilities

Each Client is responsible for: the devices it enrolls and its authority to manage them; the users it invites and their conduct; the policies it configures (including access, remote-session, and security settings); providing any notices to and obtaining any consents from its end users that applicable law requires for remote access; and the accuracy of information it provides to us.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, this website, and all associated software, designs, marks, and documentation are owned by Remote2You or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Platform as described in these Terms and the applicable agreement, no rights are granted. Client data remains the property of the Client.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable service and publish current availability at status.remote2you.com. Service levels, maintenance windows, and support commitments for Clients are set out in the applicable agreement. We may modify the Platform, including by adding or removing features, provided that we do not materially reduce the core functionality committed to a Client during its term.

8. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a Client agreement, the website and Platform are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as otherwise provided in a Client agreement, Remote2You will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the website or Platform. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by the relevant Client for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars for users of the website who are not Clients.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any account or tenant that violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the applicable agreement, or where necessary to protect the security of the Platform or other Clients. Termination of a Client agreement is governed by that agreement, including any data return and deletion provisions.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to agreements made and wholly performed in the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms that is not governed by a Client agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction. Dispute resolution provisions applicable to Clients are set out in the relevant Client agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
